Here are some basic do's and don'ts to chat.

Common sense should tell you basically how to act in chat but here is a short explanation to help.

When coming to chat we ask that you please come in and not be rude and discourteous to the other players in chat. We are more then happy to answer your questions but you have to give us a chance to do so. There is no need to use caps or to swear to get our attention, sometimes, people are just afk (away from keyboard) when you enter. We have a link to chat rules that you should check out, just type @rules. If it says you can't access that, please sign up and log into forums and then click the link. We also have help sites to help you get started by typing in chat @newbies or @guide. The rules are also available there. If you cause problems in chat a moderator will warn you and if you continue then may kick you from chat but you can re-enter. If the problems continue you may be banned from chat or the game.  Also this is a RPG type game so some people come to chat and role play their characters so please don’t take offense. If you watch chat for a little while you will get the idea of how things go in there. Chat is monitored by moderators at almost all times. If you have any problems report it to a moderator.
